Group Training

Our In-Season Group Training is open to all athletes but specifically designed to help volleyball and basketball players excel by focusing on strength, power, and injury prevention. Each session is capped at 6 athletes to ensure personalized attention and measurable results.

Each program runs once a week, beginning the first weekend of February and concluding the last weekend of March, for a total of 9 sessions.

Training Programs

Athletic Foundations


Perfect for athletes with little to no experience in the weight room. This session focuses on teaching proper form, building confidence with basic exercises, and establishing a strong foundation for athletic development.

Peak Performance Training


A dynamic training session for athletes seeking to elevate their game. This program emphasizes explosive power, athleticism and strength while integrating injury prevention strategies.
