What is a Coached Performance Session?

Coached Performance Sessions are the foundation of our Complete Performance Program They are small-group training sessions (max 4 athletes) with a coach to ensure athletes are progressing safely, training properly, and following the program to our standards.

How do you schedule Coached Performance Sessions?

Athletes in the Complete and Elite Programs book sessions directly through our app. While scheduling is flexible week-to-week based on availability, athletes are still expected to stay consistent and are held accountable to their training plan.

How often should my athlete train per week?

In-season athletes typically train 2-3 times per week to maintain strength and reduce injury risk, while off-season athletes benefit from 3–4 sessions per week to maximize development. That said, it depends on the athlete’s goals and experience level—ask us, and we’ll make a personalized recommendation.
